Ray French - CEO / Lead Geneticist / Lead Agriculturalist
Ray French is one of the top horticultural business leaders in the country and around the world. He led the product development and innovation for live goods for The Home Depot in The United States and Canada for over 16 years growing their sales to over 1 billion dollars annually. After graduating from Auburn University specializing in Nursery Crop Production he has propagated 100s of millions of plants, patented over 20 new introductions, and has led the industry as an innovator and advocate.
Mike Dow - Founder & Director of Veterans Affairs
As the four-term Mayor of Mobile, Alabama (1989-2005), Mike led a strategic, economic development initiative in which a small public and private sector leadership team of dedicated professionals recruited $6 billion in foreign manufacturing investment and jobs. He is also a founding member of the Coastal Alabama Partnership, a regional strategic think tank of targeted economic development planning through the creation of a regional tourist destination for 15 million annual visitors.
Stephen J. Cramblitt, Jr. (Joey) - General Counsel
After 13 years with large law firms practicing
law primarily in the areas of commercial and other business-related litigation
and preventative planning, Joey Cramblitt joined Oscity as General Counsel.
Joey holds a BBA (with honors) with an emphasis in corporate finance as well as
a Juris Doctor (also with honors) from the University of Mississippi. Joey had
the privilege of playing professional baseball for 4 seasons. Joey is licensed
to practice law in Alabama and Mississippi and is admitted to all Alabama and
Mississippi courts as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth
Circuit.
Chris Whaley - Chemist - VP of Operations
Five years’ experience in development, design, and operations of hemp and cannabis extraction, production, and distribution facilities for a Top 20 Hemp Extract Products company. Chris’ products have won numerous national product awards including Best CBD Topical of 2020 and Best CBD tincture of 2020. In addition, Chris’ product line was awarded a Top 5 badge for the most accurately formulated products by concentration in a study of over 130 CBD companies in 2020.
